Scott Rosenthal is a Senior Search Consultant with Ratliff’s Executive Search group, specializing in complex, senior-level talent acquisition engagements while helping grow the practice through strategic business development initiatives.

Scott is best known for his ability to effectively communicate with clients and candidates throughout an engagement, allowing them to feel prepared and confident to make critical hiring and career decisions. Scott approaches every search with exceptional thoroughness and strategic insight, consistently helping clients achieve their growth objectives while positioning candidates for long-term career success and fulfillment.

Prior to joining Ratliff, Scott managed regional recruiting and business development efforts for a leading heavy manufacturing search practice. His performance was consistently recognized, earning Rookie of the Year honors in his first year and Project Manager of the Year twice.

Outside of the office, Scott enjoys staying active on a running trail, listening to 90’s alt-rock, and cheering on Cleveland sports teams. He and his wife love discovering new restaurants and traveling, with itineraries that blend city exploration and beach relaxation.
