Jennifer Cohen, Senior Vice President, Leadership Development, at Ratliff & Taylor, is heavily involved with the local non-profit community. This year Jennifer will serve on the board of Milestones for Autism. They assist individuals with autism at reaching their full potential, while also offering practical strategies for families and caregivers.

Jennifer also holds a few positions within the Jewish Federation of Cleveland. She is a committee member on the Community Relations Committee, a member of the Professional Woman’s Task Force, and Vice-Chair of the 2019 Campaign for Jewish Needs.
