Tracy is a Senior Consultant in the Career Transition practice.

She leverages her strong industry background to position candidates for traditional and non-traditional job searches and provides the tools, resources, and confidence needed to successfully navigate a career change.

Tracy worked as a business consultant for MetLife and E&Y, standing up shared services, implementing ERP systems, and optimizing business processes across multiple industries. She then worked at the Cleveland Clinic and Key Bank as an HR Business Partner, providing executive coaching, talent management, and employee engagement support. Tracy joined Ratliff’s Career Transition practice in 2016.

Someday, you will find Tracy living in a trailer with her husband and an assortment of animals, traversing the country to hike the national parks and NOT doing laundry or any of that stuff.
