Tami Tam is a Sr. Consultant with the Executive Search practice of Ratliff & Company. Her background includes over 15 years of recruiting experience, which followed her career in Marketing Management. Her recruiting experience spans a variety of industries including Advertising, Marketing and PR Agencies, Manufacturing, IT and Nuclear in disciplines such as sales, engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership roles.

Tami’s recruiting career began with a boutique recruiting firm in Hudson, OH focused on serving clients in Advertising, Marketing and PR agencies nationwide. Tami then took her recruiting skills corporate-side as the Corporate Recruiter for an Information Technology and Services company where her focus was recruitment for sales and IT roles. Missing the variety and pace of a search firm, she returned to work for a small search firm in Chagrin Falls, OH that focused on mid-level to upper-level management roles exclusively in the Manufacturing sector until she found her perfect career role with Ratliff.

Relationship building on both the candidate and client sides is the foundation of Tami’s recruiting success. She feels that the key to a favorable recruiting outcome is being a good listener to fully understand and meet the needs of both the candidate and client to reach that win-win scenario for both.

Tami Tam has always lived in Northeast Ohio except for the four years she attended the University of Toledo where she earned a BBA in Marketing Management.
