He helps clients navigate career transitions with confidence, offering practical strategies and individualized solutions that spark lasting success. Paul also supports aspiring entrepreneurs, drawing on his experience owning and operating a national educational franchise and several small businesses.

Before joining Ratliff & Taylor, Paul served as a Senior Career Coach with a regional outplacement firm and as a Career Consultant with an international talent management organization. His career has spanned energy, hospitality, consulting, healthcare, manufacturing, academia, and mental health, backed by an HR foundation in compensation, recruitment, and training and development.

Paul holds a Master of Labor and Human Resources (MLHR) from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baldwin Wallace University. He is also a certified hypnotherapist, specializing in regression, behavior modification, and future-focused visualization techniques — helping clients reprogram limiting patterns and envision their best future.
