An astute strategist, Mike’s experience and credibility have allowed him to become a trusted advisor to the many senior business leaders. Having spent 30+ years as a Human Resources executive in multiple industries across the US, he has a thorough understanding of what exceptional search looks like from both “sides of the desk.” His keen sense of organizational culture, coupled with a client-centric sense of urgency, allows him to find the perfect fit for Ratliff & Company clients.

Prior to joining Ratliff, Mike’s career in leading Human Resources spans over three decades delivering innovative human capital solutions and assembling high-performing cross-functional teams for several Fortune 500 companies in the automotive/electronics space, pharmaceutical industry, and specialty chemical markets.

Beyond his impressive professional accomplishments, Mike is a committed community servant having held leadership positions for several non-profit, community and church board organizations. While Mike and much of his family are transplants, they are most appreciative of the strong “midwestern culture and values” found in Northeast Ohio.
